When you receive your oysters, toss all oysters in a sink and run cold water over them until they are clean.
Store in a plastic container with a paper towel at the bottom.
Store in refrigerator until you are rady to enjoy eating!
You can store oysters in the fridge up to a week.
**Note – oyster should only be eaten if they are alive. Alive oysters shells are closed. If the oyster shell is open, you should toss.
